Manal Masri is a director and producer of Lebanese origin working across cinema, theatre and radio. For over fifteen years she has worked on themes of racism, migration and identity. Her documentary Letters to a Serial Killer (2017) was nominated for the Guldbagge Awards, the main Swedish film awards. She currently heads the Drama department of Sveriges Radio in Malmö and is considered one of the most sensitive and rigorous voices on the Scandinavian cultural scene.
