    a) Dati forniti volontariamente dall’utente

The Data Controller processes personal data provided directly by data subjects through:

  • completion of forms on the site (e.g. press accreditations, contacts, registrations);
  • voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on the site.

The data processed may include: first name, surname, professional role, publication represented, email address, telephone number and any other information voluntarily entered by the user in the text fields.

The site does not request or process special categories of data ai sensi dell’art. 9 GDPR (dati sensibili).
 
         b) Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the site automatically acquire certain personal data, whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

Questi dati comprendono:

  • indirizzi IP;
  • nomi a dominio dei dispositivi utilizzati;
  • URI delle risorse richieste;
  • time of the request;
  • method used to submit the request to the server;
  • dimensione del file ottenuto in risposta;
  • status code of the server’s response;

The provision of personal data marked as mandatory in the forms is necessary in order to follow up the user’s requests.
Failure to provide it may make it impossible to provide the requested service.

The provision of data for communication or marketing purposes is facoltativo.

Data processing is carried out by manual, computer and telematic means, with logic strictly related to the stated purposes and in compliance with the security measures provided for by Art. 32 GDPR.

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are adopted to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.

No automated decision-making process or profiling activity is carried out.

Personal data are kept for the time strictly necessary to pursue the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the applicable legal time limits.

  • soggetti autorizzati dal Titolare;
