The Tomorrow Man, directed by Colombian painter, photographer, and video artist Lina Sanabria, traces the genesis of the new album of Texas troubadour Micah P. Hinson, one of the most intense and refined songwriters of his generation. Shot in the Tabernas Desert in Andalusia — in the spirit of Morricone’s western landscapes — the documentary strips Micah bare, revealing his inner world through arpeggios, scrubland, and dust, in a delicate interplay of words, silence, and music. By his side throughout is his longtime collaborator, producer and guitarist Alessandro “Asso” Stefana. The film premieres worldwide at Seeyousound. From the day after its screening, selected excerpts will air in prime time on Sky Arte, while the documentary, divided into episodes, will be available on the channel’s on‑demand platform.
