RED
Re-Educating Digitisation

Do you know who attends your events? Who could be your audience? What are the main obstacles to greater participation? How does your audience interact with your information channels?

These questions are recurrent for anyone working in the third sector (and beyond), since knowing your audience and increasing the number of people who visit events or cultural venues is a constant challenge for the institutions operating there (museums, theatres, film or music festivals, etc.).

The European project RED: Re-Educating Digitisation, of which Seeyousound is a partner, offers a guide to help cultural operators identify and reach their target audience efficiently and effectively.

Those who consult this guide will have access to three modules of educational content on digital marketing and analytics, on designing visitor questionnaires and on designing surveys for non-visitors (potential audiences).

So if you are among the professionals who find themselves checking your website’s statistics page with a sigh of frustration, or who have adopted a digital marketing campaign without achieving the hoped-for results, the RED project (developed as an Erasmus+ cooperation project) can support you and provide the skills to operate at a high level and more effectively.

Through RED, it is in fact possible to share knowledge between cultural institutions and event managers. The project provides training and guidelines for online marketing, SEO and SEA, as well as for visitor research and non-visitor studies.

RED is an Erasmus+-funded cooperation of 7 European organisations.
