Since 2015 Seeyousound has been bringing <strong>to Turin the best Italian and international films in which images and sound meet, converse and stimulate one another<\/strong>. The programme of this edition presented <strong>68 titoli<\/strong>, accompanied by<strong> 16 eventi tra live, dj set e performance audiovisive, 2 mostre e 1 residenza artistica.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A hallmark of Seeyousound has always been the presence in the auditorium of <strong>registi, autori, attori e musicisti provenienti dall\u2019Italia e dall\u2019estero <\/strong>\u2013 quest\u2019anno <strong>oltre 50 ospiti<\/strong> &#8211; thanks to whom the festival offers the chance to experience the encounter with its favourite artists not only through sound, but also through a visual and narrative dimension.<\/p>\n<p>The event confirms itself as a point of reference for<strong> cinefili e appassionati di musica<\/strong>, attracting year after year <strong>un pubblico non solo cittadino <\/strong>and of a <strong>sempre maggiore numero di addetti ai lavori<\/strong>. <strong>6,000 attendances were recorded in the first 5 days of the festival <\/strong><strong>in all the <\/strong><strong>loca<\/strong><strong>tion coinvolte <\/strong>\u2013 of which more than 5,000 tickets were issued for screenings &#8211; <strong>figures that tell of an ever more loved and well-attended festival: the same total had been reached in 2025, but with more days of programming<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Sold out for the opening with the event <strong>Casino Royale SUONO\/VISIONE\/SUONO<\/strong>, <strong><em>Bowie: The Final Act<\/em><\/strong> by Jonathan Stiasny, <strong><em>Falene<\/em><\/strong> by Ivan Cazzola, <strong><em>Rave On <\/em><\/strong>di Nikias Chryssos, Viktor Jakovleski, <strong><em>Pauline Black: A 2-Tone Story<\/em><\/strong> by Jane Mingay, <strong><em>La prima festa <\/em><\/strong>by Pietro Fuccio and <strong><em>Move Ya Body: The Birth Of House <\/em><\/strong>by Elegance Bratton, and great success for <strong><em>Herbie <\/em><\/strong>by Patrick Savey, <strong><em>A Century In Sound<\/em><\/strong> di Nick Dwyer e Tu Neill, <strong><em>The Banjo Boys<\/em><\/strong> of<strong> Johan Nayar<\/strong>, <strong><em>Butthole Surfers: The Hole Truth and Nothing Butt<\/em><\/strong> of <strong>Tom Stern<\/strong>, <strong><em>We Want The Funk! <\/em><\/strong>of<strong> Stanley Nelson <\/strong>and of<strong> Nicole London e <em>Sun Ra \u2013 Do The Impossibile <\/em>by Christine Turner<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Subtitle of this edition: <strong>MAKE SOME NOISE<\/strong>, <strong>an invitation taken up by the Seeyousound audience and, in particular, by those who bet on the festival:<\/strong> 80 season passes were purchased before the programme was announced, and there were numerous participants in the Eppela crowdfunding campaign launched in December.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\u00abAbbiamo fatto rumore, come volevamo. &#8211; <\/em><\/strong><strong>affermano i membri del Direttivo dell\u2019Associazione Seeyousound<\/strong><strong> <em>\u2013 This year too we made ourselves noticed, thanks to the queues of people waiting to get into the cinema and to word of mouth that rewards our programme. We can say it: Seeyousound is possible thanks to us who organise it and to our audience, who repay our efforts in every sense, as well as, of course, the support of the sponsors who have been by our side for some years now, while \u2013 sorry to have to mention it <\/em><\/strong><strong><em>once again &#8211; what has been missing is the support of the city\u2019s institutions.
