{"id":30350,"date":"2022-02-07T17:47:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-07T16:47:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.seeyousound.org\/?p=30350"},"modified":"2022-02-17T17:55:38","modified_gmt":"2022-02-17T16:55:38","slug":"rbl-x-seeyousound-8","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.seeyousound.org\/eng\/rbl-x-seeyousound-8\/","title":{"rendered":"RBL x SEEYOUSOUND 8"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The eighth edition of <strong>Seeyousound<\/strong> is getting ever closer: while waiting for the <strong>opening night<\/strong> on Friday 18 February at the Cinema Massimo in Turin, on the mixcloud channel of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/rbl.media\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Radio Banda Larga<\/a><\/strong> you can listen to <em><strong>RBL x Seeyousound, <\/strong><\/em>a series of episodes produced in collaboration with our festival to tell of the films, stories and music that will enliven the eighth edition of the first Italian music-themed film festival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">One episode a week for four weeks, each focusing on a different section of Seeyousound, in keeping with the whole varied offering that Seeyousound seeks to present to audiences every year. Hosted by Stefania Vulpi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We kick off with <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seeyousound.org\/eng\/sys8-into-the-groove\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Into The Groove<\/a><\/strong><\/em>, the so-called \u201cshowcase\u201d of the festival, the one that tries to bring together the films with the most celebrated and resounding names without letting quality take second place: the guest on this episode is the director of Seeyousound and curator of the section, Carlo Griseri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-mixcloud wp-block-embed-mixcloud wp-embed-aspect-21-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Rbl X Seeyousound 8 \u2022 Ep. 1 - 17th January 2022\" width=\"100%\" height=\"120\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mixcloud.com\/widget\/iframe\/?feed=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mixcloud.com%2Fradiobandalarga%2Frbl-x-seeyousound-8-ep-1-17th-january-2022%2F&amp;hide_cover=1\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the second episode it is the turn of <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seeyousound.org\/eng\/sys8-rising-sound\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Rising Sound<\/a><\/em><\/strong>, a section that this year returns with the thematic programme <strong><em>Music is the weapon<\/em><\/strong>. Guests on this episode are curator Juanita Apraez Murillo together with Cristina Visentin, section consultant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-mixcloud wp-block-embed-mixcloud wp-embed-aspect-21-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Rbl X Seeyousound 8 \u2022 Ep.2 - 24th January 2022\" width=\"100%\" height=\"120\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mixcloud.com\/widget\/iframe\/?feed=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.mixcloud.com%2Fradiobandalarga%2Fseeyousound-special-2-24th-january-2022%2F&amp;hide_cover=1\" frameborder=\"0\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The third episode offers a double track through the dialogue between guests Matteo Pennacchia and Alessandro Maccarrone, who explore in depth the treatment of their respective sections <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seeyousound.org\/eng\/sys8-lp-feature\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">LP Feature<\/a><\/em><\/strong> (fiction feature films) and <em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.seeyousound.org\/eng\/sys8-soundies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Soundies<\/a><\/strong><\/em> (videoclip).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-mixcloud wp-block-embed-mixcloud wp-embed-aspect-21-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"Seeyousound Special #3 -
