Matthew Johns, is a director and producer from London, he co-founded the production company Capture with which he realized TV/cinema adverts and interactive digital content for Sky, Nike, Jameson, ICA and Picturehouse Cinemas.

His short films, Hawk, Gin & Dry, The Girl in The Dress (as producer) and Kiling Thyme, have participated in various festivals in the UK including the Short London Film Festival, and the Foyle Film Festival, winning several awards.

The Man From Mo’Wax is his first feature film.
