During the Holy Week, on the northern coast of Sardinia, Castelsardo – land of wind and voices – becomes the scene of a fascinating ritual whose protagonists are the singers of the Confraternita Santa Croce. There’s only a goal that can shake their motionless time: go out on the carréra and sing the Passion of Christ. Their voices stand out in an effort to transcend the everyday and the heavy human finitude. A contemplative film of vibrant lyricism.
